Cooperation for recovery: I'Mariupol × Kapralov Centre

The Kyiv-based "I’Mariupol" centre continues its cooperation with the Kapralov Centre  in the framework of the "East-Recovery" project. As part of the partnership, a meeting was held for defenders and their families on methods of recovery from stress.

Participants were given a sound therapy session to help release tension and improve their emotional state. They also learned about the author's physical and spa rehabilitation methods designed to improve mobility and remove muscle tension.

The workshop was delivered by Serhiy Kapralov, a National Hero of Ukraine, military serviceman and author of over 450 inventions. His centre is recognised as the best scientific, methodological, educational and practical centre in Ukraine.

The "I'Mariupol" centres are staffed by veteran assistants who provide daily support to defenders and their families and organise useful events, educational meetings, training sessions, wellness activities, art and sports workshops.
